Crester Credit is a locally based Christchurch company which was started in 1983. The iconic Shirley Road site, originally Dave Diggs Motors has been around for 25 years.

We will treat you like a real person
Our staff members are from all different backgrounds so we understand real life situations and hardships. We can relate to what you might be going through as many of us have been solo mothers or on the benefit and we know that life comes with its ups and downs. But at Crester Credit we are here to assist you in these times, whether its paying an unexpected bill, buying a new car or just for when you need some extra cash.
We will always make time for you
Even if we have to work late in order for you to get the finance when you need it, we'll do it!. If you have an issue paying your account we will always take time to sit down with you and find a solution.
Community sponsorship
Crester Credit is actively involved in sponsoring Christchurch and New Zealand charities. Over the last 3 years we have supported:
- Powerhouse Youth Ministry on Bassett Street working with the young people in the area.
- Richard Starling's ministry Cross Roads Youth with a future in Hampshire Street.
- Ellesmere food bank.
- Nae Nae boxing academy working with underprivilaged boys in Lower Hutt.
- Freedom Trust in Papanui helping families with budgeting and life skills.
- Parenting Inc who help teach good parenting and relationship skills.
- Shirley Boys High scholarship for an outstanding pupil (non academic)
- Mairehau High School for outstanding Pupil (non academic)
